Vision was engaged by Google in Ireland to collaborate with them on their project in Amsterdam. We were introduced to the project management and design team. We worked with the creative team through the whole process. Using our creative team we studied the Amsterdam ethos, making sure the client felt the designs reflected their culture as well as keeping the design team involved and satisfied. By managing the design process, we were able to ensure we met all milestone dates needed by the project management team and we supplied and installed all products for project completion on time and within budget.

In collaboration with the client and Mola architects, Vision developed the look and feel for the wall and glass branding to complement the design intent of the overall package.

The Foundry is Google’s largest events space in EMEA, based on Level 1 of Gordon House. It includes a massive 360-seat auditorium and state-of-the-art interactive A/V displays. The Foundry, like a steelworks factory, is a place where colleagues work in partnership to forge something new. People bring their ideas together to create new ways of thinking, in a melting pot of the cultures represented by 66 nations within Google’s Dublin office. Vision provided Google with a variety of concepts for this space while still keeping to the Foundry branding which used their yellow as the hero colour. Vision created environmental graphics for this space which included wall graphics, 3D graphics, wayfinding signage and pictograms to complement their existing logo.
