About the Trinity College Branding Project

Vision Branding had the unique opportunity to work with Trinity College, specifically for their Business School project. The aim was to create a specialized concrete panel system that would reflect the institution’s innovative spirit while also recognizing the valuable contribution of their sponsors.

Together with Trinity’s design team, we initiated the concept of a bespoke concrete panel system. It wasn’t just any regular concrete panel design; the project required careful consideration and precision. The sponsors’ names were to be inlaid into the panels in copper, a material that perfectly complemented the robustness of the concrete.

The panels varied in size, to create an intriguing visual array and to accommodate the differing lengths of the sponsors’ names. Furthermore, the panels were not just fitted straight and flush against the wall. Instead, we decided to install them at different angles. This unique placement added depth and visual interest to the structure, making it a focal point.

The process, though challenging, was a fascinating journey into the harmonious blending of diverse materials – the hard, resilient concrete, the soft sheen of the copper inlays. It was a testament to Vision Branding’s ability to work with diverse materials and create a product that was not only functional but also aesthetically striking.

The finished installation now stands proudly in Trinity’s Business School, a tribute to the generosity of the sponsors, and a statement piece that draws attention and sparks conversations. It is a blend of art and architecture, a testament to Trinity College’s vision and our ability at Vision Branding to bring that vision to life.

If you are in search of a team that can effectively translate your unique vision into reality, whether it involves standard materials or requires the combination of unconventional ones, Vision Branding is here to help.
